To begin a criminal record check, we suggest conducting county-level court record searches in the counties where the individual lived, worked and/or attended school during the last seven years. County level court record searches provide the most recent and up-to-date information.

If a criminal record is located using another search method (i.e., a database search), a county-level search is required.

To supplement county-level court record checks, we conduct searches of criminal record databases which can include local, county, & statewide court records; criminal justice data; correctional data; federal court records; nationwide wants and warrants; multi-state sex & violent offender registry; and the US Global Terrorists list for Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) and Blocked Persons among others.
